Fair use: 2 TB a month at full speed
With a pass, the first 2 TB you download each month run at full speed. Then 10 MB/s until the 1st: never cut off.
Each calendar month, the first 2 TB you download or stream run at full speed. Past that, your transfers continue at 10 MB/s, shared between your open connections, until the 1st of the next month (midnight UTC). Nothing is ever cut off, and 10 MB/s is still enough to stream 1080p. During the free 24-hour pass, the full-speed allowance is 100 GB, then 2 MB/s until it ends.
What counts
Every byte you download or stream through your links, from any device. Adding torrents doesn't count, and neither does our servers' fetching of them.
Where to see it
Your account shows this month's usage, and Billing the last 12 months. Your Library tells you when you're past 2 TB.
Why a limit
Our servers are shared by every pass holder. The allowance keeps full speed for everyone.
