Refunds
An unused pass is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once you've downloaded or streamed with it, it can't be refunded.
If you haven't used your pass, we refund it within 14 days of purchase. Write to billing@ninjadebrid.net from your account's address.
Once you've downloaded or streamed with it, you've asked us to start the service right away, so it can't be refunded. Adding torrents doesn't count as using it: downloading or streaming a file does.
