Abuse and takedowns
Ninjadebrid lets people fetch torrents they submit themselves. We host no catalog and offer no search, and our servers stop sharing a torrent as soon as its download completes. If content reachable through Ninjadebrid infringes your rights or is otherwise illegal, tell us and we'll act on it.
01What to include in a notice
So we can act quickly, please include:
- your name, organization and contact details, and the rights holder you represent if it isn't you;
- the work or rights concerned;
- the infohash of each torrent (the btih value in its magnet link), or the magnet link itself: since we don't index anything by title, this is how we identify it;
- why the content infringes your rights or is illegal;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate;
- your physical or electronic signature.
02What happens next
We review every notice promptly. When it's valid, we ban the torrent by its infohash:
- its files are deleted from our cache;
- its download is stopped if still in progress;
- no one can submit it again;
- existing direct links and streams stop working, and users who had added it see it as unavailable, with the reason.
We confirm the removal to you by email. Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing content are suspended.
03Counter-notice
If you believe a torrent was banned by mistake, write to abuse@ninjadebrid.net with its infohash and why you think the decision is wrong. We'll review it and let you know the outcome.
04Legal framework
This procedure follows the notice-and-action rules of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and accepts notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Authorities can use the same address.
