Questions about passes
Does a pass renew automatically?
No. A pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed number of days. We email you a week before it ends, the day before, and on the day.
What if I buy a pass while mine is still active?
The days add up: your new end date is your current end date plus the new pass.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you haven't used the pass: we refund it within 14 days of purchase. Once you've downloaded or streamed with it, you've asked us to start the service right away, so it can't be refunded.
What happens after 2 TB in a month?
Your downloads continue at 10 MB/s, which is still enough for 1080p streaming. Full speed comes back on the 1st.
Can I share my account?
A pass is for you and your household: up to 4 simultaneous connections from any devices. Reselling access isn't allowed.
How do I pay?
Online payment isn't open. Pick a pass and request it from your account: we email you payment instructions within a few hours, and your pass is active as soon as your payment arrives.
