Privacy: what peers and we can see

Peers only ever see our servers. We keep what the service needs, with no ads and no ad trackers.

What peers see

Only our servers. They join the swarm and download the torrent for you, so your IP address never appears there. They stop sharing as soon as the download completes: no seeding.

What your internet provider sees

HTTPS connections to our site and our download host, not the files you download.

What we keep

  • Your account: your email address and a hash of your password.
  • Your Library: the torrents you added, and when.
  • IP addresses: the one each torrent was added from, those of your signed-in devices, and our server logs. They let us apply the free limits, show you your devices and handle abuse.
  • Your passes and your monthly usage.

The Privacy Policy lists everything, with how long we keep it.

What we don't do

No ads, no ad trackers, and we don't sell data. We count visits without cookies and without identifying you. Our cookies only keep you signed in and link your browser to your trial torrent.
