Download your data or delete your account

Download what we hold about your account as a file, or delete your account yourself, at any time.

Download your data

In Settings, Download my data gives you a JSON file with your account, your Library, your passes and your monthly usage.

Delete your account

In Security, Delete account asks you to type your email and your password, then deletes your account, your Library, your pass history and your usage at once. It can't be undone.

  • A pass still running is lost and isn't refunded automatically. If it's unused, ask for a refund first.
  • Cached files aren't yours alone: they stay in the shared cache until they leave it.
  • You can sign up again later with the same email.
